The Board of Directors of On Tap Credit Union™, formerly Coors Credit Union, has two open positions in 2017. Both positions are for a term of three years.
The credit union Nominating Committee has submitted two nominees for the available Board
of Directors positions. The nominees are:
A brief statement of the qualifications and biographical data for each of the current nominees submitted
by the Nominating Committee for this election is enclosed herewith.
The credit union by-laws also provide for nomination by written petition. A nomination by written petition
must be submitted to the Nominating Committee on or before the submission date of April 6, 2017, c/o Carrie Oltmanns, On Tap Credit Union, 816 Washington Avenue, Golden, Colorado 80401.
A nomination by petition must contain verified signatures of 1% of credit union members. To be effective, all nominations by petition must be accompanied by: (a) a signed certificate from the nominee stating that the nominee is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office, and (b) a statement of the qualifications and relevant biographical data for the nominee.
Please note that the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled and there have been no valid nominations by petition submitted.
Employed with MillerCoors and has served several roles such as the Golden Brewery Finance Manager,
controller of RMBC (MillersCoors glass plant), and audit project manager. He served on the Supervisory Committee for five years inspecting the credit union’s records for accuracy, ensuring asset security, and reviewing procedures for proper handling and use of funds. He now applies his skills in finance management to serve the membership as part of the Board of Directors.David is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
Kirsten is a finance consultant who supports clients with system implementations, compliance programs, strengthening business processes, and satisfying financial reporting requirements. Prior to that , she was with MillerCoors (previously Coors Brewing Company) for ten years in several finance and internal audit roles. Kirsten is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science. She served on the Board of Directors for six years and chaired the Supervisory Committee for two years.
